Our new online booking system is enabled and we hope you find it as easy and as nice to use as we are :) You can book all services other than colours, you will be required to add your card details which in the event of a no show or late cancellation will be charged Facebook and Instagram have a book now button but for all you tech savvy people we have a qr code that you can scan as well. Some of the prices have been amended, truthfully some services were costing us money after the increased running costs the business has had. We are more than happy to discuss treatment options to fit in with clients price points and look forward to seeing you all soon x

I hate to write a post like this I really do! If you are unavailable to make your appointment please have some manners and call, drop us a dm, send us an email or even whats app the salon to let us know I am seeing this post from so many salons, the industry average is a loss of between £1500- £2500 for a salon our size (thanks for the info Slick Salon Softwear) this doesn’t include products we’ve ordered for your service or the cost of staff wages etc With little or no notice we are unable to fill the booking, leaving staff short, the salon incurring costs for no reason and with the way everything is in the world it’s not sustainable for anyone running a service led business We get life happens, it does for us as well but please try and give us some notice. We will be charging a no show cancellation fee and a short notice cancellation fee from June and all info will be sent to clients in the next week For all of you that are able to send a message or pick up the phone, thank-you 😘
